ABOUT US

HI I'M CEILI

A multi faceted Irish Canadian girl who quite simply LOVES people. It turns out, I also really love helping people too.

Which I guess is why PREP YOUR REP LDN was born.

I have always loved brainstorming ideas, being creative and connecting with brilliant people I meet along the way to make magic happen.

You could call me an entrepreneur, a founder, a people person, an actor, a performer, a hummus addict, a writer, I basically love getting my teeth stuck into anything that involves being around colorful, forward thinking, creative people.

I am also in the process of getting my ADHD diagnosis. Which explains a lot and has made me learn so much about myself. It’s been both exhilarating and really quite eye opening but it’s also been the reason our wonderful company has been so successful.

I grew up being obsessed with impersonations, people watching and telling stories. I then became in awe of my big sister Ciara and her singing voice, so naturally I copied her and started singing myself.

She was the narrator in Joseph and I was in a blue t-shirt singing the famous “Ahhhs” of “Any dream will do”.

We then started dancing and it all just sort of…happened. I went on to audition for drama schools and was offered a place at Arts Educational in Chiswick and graduated in 2010.

I left early in my 3rd year and booked my first professional job in the WestEnd understudying Lusia in the Original London production of The Fantasticks.

A dream come true, however the show sadly flopped and went on to work on The Original London production of The Wizard of Oz at the London Palladium understudying Dorothy and swing! This was after the success of Andrew Lloyd Webber's search for Dorothy!

My career really did start off with a bang and I felt like I was living on cloud 9. However it of course didn’t come with its very predictable ups and downs of a self employed actress! I went onto understudy other roles such as Eva Peron in EVITA, Jovie in ELF the musical and Grizabella in CATS the musical. It took 8 years to ever go on as one of the roles I was covering so I wrote a one woman show about it. “ Waiting in the wings” in the West End to sold out audiences.

It seems I have always had a way of turning something difficult into something really quite exciting! I ended up being nominated for the “best cabaret” award by Theatremates which was pretty awesome and came runner up alongside Shoshana Bean.

A show combining comedy sketches with songs I would have sung had I gone on. Having played lead roles in fringe productions such as Polly in Crazy for You and Nicki Wade in Bad Girls, I always knew this is what I wanted to continue to strive for. I went on to play Roxie in Chicago ( a dream role) and am currently playing Rosalie Mullins in the School of Rock International tour.

I feel like my journey has really given me a 360 perspective on the industry and has truly taught me about resilience, strength and self belief.

This is the very reason I want to continue helping others in the industry do the same.

For me, it is all about being a part of a company, being around people who embrace individuals for who they are and are passionate about educating and bringing these stories to life.
