Your rep still feels unfinished.
You have songs, but not a reliable, casting-led repertoire you trust when a brief lands. So each audition begins with a scramble.
Turn the rep you need to sort, the confidence you want to rebuild and the career decisions you keep postponing into one clear, personalised plan — with a team helping you actually follow it through.
For professional musical-theatre performers ready to feel clearer in their choices, stronger in the room and more like themselves within the industry.

Casting & Rep
Mindset & Life Coaching
Career DirectionYou are not short of ambition. You are trying to be the performer, vocal coach, casting strategist, career planner and emotional support system all at once.
You have songs, but not a reliable, casting-led repertoire you trust when a brief lands. So each audition begins with a scramble.
You prepare hard, then edit yourself. You leave wondering whether they saw your ability — or only the safer version you thought they wanted.
Spotlight, agents, self-tapes, goals and the life outside performing keep competing for attention. The important work is forever waiting for a quieter week.
Not choosing support does not keep you in the same place. It keeps rehearsing the same cycle: urgency, overwhelm, self-doubt, another list — then back to urgency.
You do not need more information. You need an order, a method and people who will notice when you disappear behind perfectionism.
The Intensive brings your craft, career and life into one joined-up pathway, so your next steps stop feeling like guesses.

Since working with us, performers have gone on to star in dream shows and land dream roles in the West End and on Tour, write their own children’s books, begin producing, start a cruise-ship entertainment company, sign with new agents and so much more.
But this is not the most exciting part of their progress — because no honest programme can promise you a booking.
The part we care about most is seeing performers give themselves permission to say what they want from their life out loud. Hearing that they are walking into audition rooms feeling more themselves than ever, without confusing a casting decision with their talent or self-worth. Watching them rebalance their life and put energy into the work they really, truly love.
We work with the whole performer, in the order that will create the greatest change for you.
We uncover what is really creating friction across your voice, rep, casting, confidence, career and life — not just whichever problem shouted loudest this week.
We turn the noise into focused priorities, realistic actions and clear measures of progress that reflect your casting and the life you actually live.
You sing, act, test material, make decisions and action the tasks. Feedback becomes something you use, not something you store in another notebook.
With coaching, accountability and reflection, you build the self-trust to keep making strong decisions after the Intensive ends.

After years working at sea, including SIX on NCL, Elizabeth wanted to make the move back to London and achieve her dream of performing in the West End or on a UK tour. She wanted her rep sorted, clearer career direction and an audition process that stopped nerves taking over — so when an opportunity arrived, she could feel focused, prepared and right in the room.
We rebuilt her repertoire around the strong pop and contemporary musical-theatre performer she actually was, clarified the roles and qualities she could credibly bring into a room, and created a practical audition process for before, during and after each opportunity. In the final module, we specifically prepared the songs, scenes and character of Meat in We Will Rock You.

When Beth joined the Intensive, she described herself as being in the “scared new grad” stage. They wanted to move forward, but auditions felt daunting, their repertoire felt cluttered and their career had started to feel chaotic.
We helped Beth bring the pieces together. We worked practically on their audition preparation and repertoire, while also supporting the person walking into the room — with clearer structure, honest feedback and a process that meant they no longer had to make every career decision alone.

After a difficult period knocked her confidence and led her to step back, Abbie wanted to believe performing was still for her. Her goal was to stop avoiding filming, add strong singing footage to Spotlight and move closer to her dream of performing in a book musical at sea.
A safe, motivating space to sing, receive feedback and take practical action. The combination of creative coaching, community and life coaching helped her use her time more purposefully, manage comparison and rebuild trust in herself.

Practical coaching on songs, scenes, technique, storytelling and the material you need to feel ready to use.
Clarify how you are seen, identify gaps and build a rep strategy that supports both current briefs and long-term goals.
Create a repeatable process for briefs, self-tapes and in-person auditions so preparation feels specific rather than frantic.
Turn agents, Spotlight, materials, networking, goals and creative projects into a focused, manageable plan.
Work with perfectionism, comparison, rejection and confidence without pretending that “thinking positively” fixes everything.
Build boundaries, balance and a stronger sense of self so the career you love is not allowed to consume your whole identity.
Instead of paying for disconnected fixes whenever something becomes urgent, you have a team looking at the full picture, remembering the plan and helping you action the work in the right order.
Both routes use the same inside-out philosophy. The difference is how personally and privately the pathway is built around you.
No programme controls casting decisions. What we can give you is personalised support, honest feedback, practical tools and a joined-up process designed to help you make clearer decisions, prepare with purpose and build progress you can recognise beyond a single yes or no.
No. The Intensive can be especially valuable during a quieter period, between contracts or when you are reassessing your direction. We build from where you are now.
Choose Group if you want shared learning, performance opportunities and community accountability. Choose 1:1 if your needs are more specific, private or complex and you want every part built around you.
No. Clarifying what you want — and separating your own goals from the pressure you have absorbed from the industry — is part of the work.
No ethical coach can guarantee a casting outcome. We help you strengthen the preparation, choices, strategy and self-trust that are within your control.
You will receive dates, full programme details and priority access before remaining spaces are released more widely.
If you recognised yourself on this page, that is the decision in front of you: repeat the same cycle — or give the work the structure, honesty and support it has been missing.
