What she wanted
After years working at sea, including SIX on NCL, Elizabeth wanted to make the move back to London and achieve her dream of performing in the West End or on a UK tour. She wanted her rep sorted, clearer career direction and an audition process that stopped nerves taking over — so when an opportunity arrived, she could feel focused, prepared and right in the room.
What she got
We rebuilt her repertoire around the strong pop and contemporary musical-theatre performer she actually was, clarified the roles and qualities she could credibly bring into a room, and created a practical audition process for before, during and after each opportunity. In the final module, we specifically prepared the songs, scenes and character of Meat in We Will Rock You.
The outcome
Elizabeth stopped walking into rooms trying to prove she was talented enough and started entering with a real understanding of what she was capable of doing. Just under a year later, the audition she had prepared for arrived — and she landed her dream role as Meat in We Will Rock You. The opportunity came in its own time; Elizabeth had already done the work to be ready for it.

When Beth joined the Intensive, she described herself as being in the “scared new grad” stage. They wanted to move forward, but auditions felt daunting, their repertoire felt cluttered and their career had started to feel chaotic.

We helped Beth bring the pieces together. We worked practically on their audition preparation and repertoire, while also supporting the person walking into the room — with clearer structure, honest feedback and a process that meant they no longer had to make every career decision alone.

Beth moved from feeling overwhelmed by everything they thought they should be doing to approaching their work with more clarity, ownership and trust. The Intensive gave them a stronger foundation from which to keep moving forward: better prepared, less afraid of getting it wrong and far more able to recognise the performer they already were becoming.

What she wanted
After a difficult period knocked her confidence and led her to step back, Abbie wanted to believe performing was still for her. Her goal was to stop avoiding filming, add strong singing footage to Spotlight and move closer to her dream of performing in a book musical at sea.
What she got
A safe, motivating space to sing, receive feedback and take practical action. The combination of creative coaching, community and life coaching helped her use her time more purposefully, manage comparison and rebuild trust in herself.
The outcome
Instead of letting one bad moment become a bad week, Abbie learned to fall in love with herself again, lean into her “why” and her wants and needs one step at a time. She became more productive, more resilient and able to say: “This is for me. I can do it.” She also went on to secure what she describes as her dream job in Mamma Mia! and shortly after went straight into We Will Rock You. We couldn’t be prouder of the work Abbie has put into herself and her career to get there.

Is this only for performers who are currently auditioning?
No. The Intensive can be especially valuable during a quieter period, between contracts or when you are reassessing your direction. We build from where you are now.
What if I do not know whether Group or 1:1 is right?
Choose Group if you want shared learning, performance opportunities and community accountability. Choose 1:1 if your needs are more specific, private or complex and you want every part built around you.
Do I need to have all my goals worked out first?
No. Clarifying what you want — and separating your own goals from the pressure you have absorbed from the industry — is part of the work.
Will this guarantee I get an agent or book a role?
No ethical coach can guarantee a casting outcome. We help you strengthen the preparation, choices, strategy and self-trust that are within your control.
